The summer school will address a number of important questions at the heart of international drug policy discussions today. Topics that will be covered include the international drug control framework, epidemiology of substance use around the world, consequences of prohibition, human rights, governance and questions of power as well as regulation issues related to illicit and licit psychoactive substances.

The course will include lectures, case studies, interactive discussions, group work and more.
