We are pleased to welcome you to the Swiss Hepatitis Symposium
2026, titled “Checkup. Update. Clinical Practice”, an event dedicated to fostering dialogue, collaboration, and innovation in the field of viral hepatitis.

This year’s programme brings together leading experts, healthcare professionals, researchers, and affected individuals to explore the current landscape of hepatitis C in Germany, person-centred care for people living with hepatitis D, and the latest advancements in hepatitis B management.

A highlight of the symposium will be the conclusion of the SHiPP Programme, where insights and achievements will be shared from years of effort to improve care for people in detention in Switzerland regarding bloodborne diseases. Together, we will examine proven strategies and emerging innovations, ensuring that lived experiences and professional perspectives are equally represented.
